摘 要:以功率法原理检测到的宝钢 2号板坯连铸机生产中的结晶器拉坯阻力数据为基础 ,讨论了液位波动、水口异常、测温系统报警、漏钢等情况发生时拉坯阻力的波动规律及变化特征。研究其应用方法 ,并开发出拉坯阻力异常分析软件。结果表明 ,结晶器拉坯阻力对工艺操作及异常情况能作出明显反应 ,可利用拉坯阻力的均方根对异常进行预报 。Based on the measured data of mould friction (MDF) of continuous slab casting in steel plant, the fluctuation characteristic of MDF was studied under unstable conditions, such as breakout, temperature system warning, abnormity of submerged nozzle and mould level fluctuation The predicting method was researched and the software for abnormal analysis of MDF was developed The results show that MDF can respond obviously to some abnormal conditions and technological factor changing It is feasible to forecast the MDF abnormity according to its root mean square The method demonstrates the contribution and potential for application in abnormal prediction and improvement of the accuracy of breakout prediction
