摘 要:根据安钢 1 0 0 t电弧炉— L F钢包精炼炉—板坯连铸机工艺流程的试验数据 ,比较了二冷数学模型计算结果与实测数据 ,探讨了板坯中间裂纹的成因 ,认为钢的化学成分决定其高温力学性能 ,对中间裂纹的产生起着决定性的作用。钢中硫、磷等杂质元素的晶间偏析是铸坯产生中间裂纹的内因 ,而辊缝收缩、二冷配水曲线、铸速、钢水过热度是裂纹产生和扩展的外因 。Comparing the secondary cooling mathematical model calculating result with measured data during slab solidification process, the causes of intercolumnar crack in CC slab were discussed on the basis of experiment data of 100 t EAF LF CC production line The high temperature mechanical property of steel determined by its chemical component has very important effect on producing intercolumnar crack in CC slab The intergranular segregation of some elements such as sulfur and phosphor is the inner cause of producing intercolumnar crack, and another factor of roller gap shrinking, second cooling, casting speed and super heat of the steel is its outer cause It is available for reference to improve the quality of CC slab
