摘  要:针对太钢研制 0 0 Cr1 2 Ti汽车用不锈钢冷轧板出现的力学性能不稳定及使用中出现冲压、扩管开裂等质量问题。研究了产品成分、成品热处理工艺与力学性能的关系 ,通过数值曲线分析和组织观察 ,确定 0 0 Cr1 2 Ti钢板的优化工艺参数为 :热处理温度 (880± 1 0 )℃ ,加热时间 (1 .7± 0 .1 ) min/ m m。按此工艺生产的 0 0 Cr1 2 Ti汽车用不锈钢冷轧板的力学性能完全满足要求并解决了 0 0 Cr1 2During the early stage of development, there were some quality problems in the cold rolled 00Cr12Ti stainless steel sheets for automobile, such as instability of product properties and cracking during pressing and pipe extending This paper summarized, the relationship among product composition, heat treatment process and mechanical properties by using numerical value curve, metal photograph and TEM By the research, the optimized process parameters for 00Cr12Ti steel can be summarized as follows:heat treatment temperature (880±10) ℃;heating time (1 7±0 1) min/mm In these conditions, the mechanical properties can meet the requirements of customers and the problem of instability of product properties is solved
