摘  要:研究了热轧、低温回火和热轧、正火、低温回火及轧态不同温度回火工艺对新型 HB4 0 0级高强度准贝氏体耐磨钢板的组织和力学性能及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明 ,2种状态下耐磨板的组织由贝氏体铁素体 (BF)和残余奥氏体 (AR)组成 ,具有良好的强韧性及耐磨性能。低温回火可以改善耐磨钢板的韧性。新型耐磨钢板具有较强的回火抗力。用准贝氏体钢生产高强度耐磨板具有生产工艺简单 。A new high strength HB400 grade meta bainite wear resistant plate was developed. The microstructure and mechanical properties were studied as hot rolled, low temperature tempering and hot rolled, normalizing, low temperature tempering, as well as hot rolled and different temperature tempering. The wear resistance of steel plate at different conditions was studied with a model ML 10 wear tester. Results show that the microstructure of test steel plate is bainite ferrite and retain austenite at two different conditions and it has good strength /toughness combination and wear resistance. The wear resistant plate has better toughness after low temperature tempering and higher tempering resistance. This steel plate with meta bainitic has features of simple production process and lower cost.
