献血者血液中HCMVpp65检测方法的建立与初步应用

摘　　要：为保证病人的用血安全 ,建立适合于血站对HCMV病原检测的方法 ,本研究采用免疫组织化学的技术 ,结合本实验室具体条件检测HCMV的 pp6 5 ,细胞计数 (6 - 8)× 10 6/ml,取量 2 0 μl,涂片油镜镜检5 0 0 0 0个细胞。结果表明 :在 10 3人份样本中 ,阳性标本为 10例 ,阳性率为 9.71% ,对 10名阳性人中的 2人进行第 2次pp6 5的监测 ,结果均为阳性。结论 :该方法简单、快速、有效 ,完全适合于血站系统对献血者的HCMV进行病原学检测 ,有推广的价值。To establish method suitable to assay HCMVpp65 of the blood donors in blood bank and to supply safe blood to the patients,the immunocytochemical techniques were used, (6-8)×10 6/ml cells were counted,50×10 3 cells were detected by light microscope,The results showed that 10 positive samples in 103 samples were found, positive rate was 9 71%,among 10 positive samples,2 samples were still positive in the second detecting. In conclusion,this method is simple,quick and effective,suitable to detect HCMVpp65 of the blood donors in the blood bank.
