我国科研机构改制效果的实证研究

摘　　要：用相关分析和主成分分析相结合的方法对我国这几年科研机构改革的效果做出综合评价。通过分析发现,有很多科技指标与科研机构的经济能力指标存在显著的相关性,并依此提出了增强科研机构的经济能力的多种途径。study the innovation about research institutions in China,I find there are sonic obvious correlations between many index of science and technology and economic index of research intitutions.According to the correlations,I include the methods of strengthening the economic ability of research institutions.Then,the conclusion is that the impression of innovation about research institutions is very effective,and the status which the research system restricting advancement of Chinese economy has been improved.
