摘　　要：阐述了逆向物流的内涵及其发展状况;分析了逆向物流可能给企业带来的经济利益和对环境保护的重要作用;初步探讨了企业构建逆向物流体系时所面临的选择及所应考虑的问题。Based on the internal meaning and development of reverse logistics, this paper analyses the characteristics of reverse logistics, the economic benefit and the impact on environment reverse logistics brings. It also discusses the alternatives and factors that should be taken into consideration when building reverse logistics system.
