彩色多普勒速度能量图在检测老年高血压病患者腹主动脉血流的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨彩色多普勒速度能量图对老年高血压病患者腹主动脉血流动力学检测的应用价值。方法 :利用 Acuson Aspen型多功能超声诊断仪的彩色多普勒血流显像与速度能量图模式 ,分别检测同一组老年高血压病患者的腹主动脉血流动力学参数 ,并比较两种检测技术所得数据的差异。结果 :采用彩色多普勒速度能量图所获得的血管壁与血流信号更清晰、连续性好 ,两组血流动力学测值相比较、差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :彩色多普勒速度能量图对腹主动脉血流动力学反映更敏感、确切 ,检测中不受角度的影响 ,操作更方便 ,且重复性好。Purpose To research the application value of Color Career Energy Doppler (CCD) of the blood stream of the aorta in the senile hypertension. Methods In the same group of senile hypertension, we detected the dynamic blood stream parameters with two different methods, such as Doppler bloodflow monitor and CCD, on Acuson Aspen model ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus. Results There was a significance difference between two methods (P<0.01). The signal of vessel wall and blood stream were more clear and consecutive on CCD. Conclusion For aorta, the method of CCD is sensitive exactly brief and repeatable.
