摘  要:利用超声波效应提取鱼腥草中的绿原酸。对乙醇浓度、超声作用时间、料液比等因素进行研究,并与传统的提取方法相比。结果表明,该法提取率高,提取时间短,较佳的工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为60%,超声作用时间为40 min,料液比为1:30。Chlorogenic acid was extracted from Houttuy Cordata Thunb. Conditions including the concentration of ethanol,time of ultrasonic treatment and the ratio of liquid to material were studied. The results showed that the method has high rate of extraction and short time of extraction to compare with traditional extraction, the optimum technological was 60% ethanol-water solution,the operating time was 40 min,and the ratio of material, raw liquid was 1 : 30.
