摘　　要：将硅胶表面进行氨基化,利用氨基与丙烯酸甲酯发生Micheal加成以及乙二胺与酯进行交换反应在硅胶表 面形成树型分子。为利用硅胶作为色谱固定相和催化剂的载体提供了一种新的功能化的方法。Silica gel was animated by the silanization reaction with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilanet on which dendrimer was prepared by the reaction between ethylenediamine and methyl acrylate. Therefore a new approach was established for the functionalization of silica gel that is used as the chiral stationary phase or support of immobilized enzyme.
