摘 要:目的 :观察急进高原士兵T细胞亚群、RBC、PLT和WBC及血气、呼吸功能的改变 ,及使用自制功能性食品Ⅲ胶囊防护急性高原反应 (AHR) /急性呼吸功能不全 (ARI)的影响。方法 :从由内陆海拔为 5 5 5m急进高原 2 2 6 0m、2 90 0m、32 0 0m、4 40 0m、4 80 0m的 36 0例青年士兵中随机分为Ⅲ胶囊防治组 (AG)、复方红景天 (RCO)防治组 (RG)、安慰剂 (PCO)对照组 (CG)各 1 2 0例 ,均急进高原前 2 4h分别服用Ⅲ胶囊、RCO、PCO。分别在 32 0 0m、4 40 0m随机抽测各组股动脉血气、T细胞亚群、血细胞、肺功能变化等。结果 :两个海拔高度的AHR/ARI例数AG和RG明显低于CG组 ,T细胞亚群AG组与RG、CG组分别对照 ,差别均有显著性。血象中的RBC、WBC、HGH、CTH均有不同的差异变化等。结论 :急进高原影响T细胞功能呈不规则变化 ,Ⅲ胶囊可明显增强急进高原士兵的T细胞功能及其稳定性 ,增强机体急进高原的适应性和抵抗力 。Objective: To observe the change of T-sub, RBC, PLC, WBC systems, oxygen-carrying function of red blood cells and respiration function of soldiers under abrupt highland advancing, and to observe the influence of self-made functional food-Anti-fatigue capsule Ⅲ on protection from acute altitude/highland reaction (AHR) / acute respiration incompletion (ARI). Method: A total of 360 young soldiers, who were acute exposed to 2 260m, 2 900m, 3 200m,4 400m and 4 800m from altitude of 550m, were randomly divide into the Anti-fatigue Capsule Ⅲ group (AG), the Red Hongjingtian Compound (RCO) group (RG) and the placebo (PCO) group (CG) with 120 each. They were given the anti-fatigue capsule Ⅲ, RCO and PCO respectively for 24 hours before advancing. The changes of blood oxygen of femoral artery, T-sub, blood cells and lungs at the altitudes of 3 200 m and 4 400 m were examined. Result: Cases of AHR and ARI in AG and RG were much lower in number than that in CG; T-Sub of AG showed significance and more significance difference from those of RG and CG in blood examination. Conclusion: Abrupt highland advancing influences the T-cellular function of soldiers and which are irregular changes, While anti-function Ⅲ can develop markedly their T-cellular function and its stability. And it can improve the adaptation of soldiers to high altitude reaction.
