摘　　要：目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗小儿躯干、四肢深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法 :将躯干、四肢处深Ⅱ度烧伤病人随机分成MEBO组和磺胺嘧啶银 (SD -Ag)组 ,对两种方法进行临床对照观察 ,主要观察指标为创面疼痛缓解率和感染率与愈合时间。结果 :MEBO组明显优于SD -Ag组 ,创面疼痛缓解率明显高于SD-Ag组 ,感染率均低于SD -Ag组 ,愈合时间较SD -Ag组明显缩短。 结论 :湿润烧伤膏半暴露疗法治疗小儿躯干、四肢烧伤具有止痛明显、防治创面感染。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating pediatric deep burn. Method: Two hundred children with deep burn were randomly divided into 2 groups, MEBT/MEBO group and SD-Ag Cream group. MEBO gauze was applied in semi-exposed way and SD-Ag Cream was applied in exposed way. The results were compared. Result: The pain relieving rate in MEBO group was significantly higher the that in SD-Ag Cream group, wound infection rate in MEBO group was significantly lower than SD-Ag Cream group, and wound healing time in MEBO group was significantly shorter than SD-Ag Cream group (P<0.01). Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is superior to SD-Ag Cream in treating pediatric deep burn.
