腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创伤58例分析

摘　　要：目的 :总结腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复手部创伤的方法和优越性。方法 :5 8例手部创伤患者均采用腹部真皮下血管网皮瓣修复的方法 ,根据术后皮瓣成活状况及手的外形、功能判断治疗效果。结果 :5 8例患者除 3例皮瓣局部坏死 ,换药痊愈以外 ,其余均一期愈合 ,且手的外形、功能均良好。结论Objective: To sum up the method and the superiority of the application of abdominal subdermic vascular net flaps in repairing hand wounds. Method: 58 cases of hand wounds were repaired with this flap. The efficacy was assessed according the survival of the flaps, the appearance and the function of the hands. Result: Except for 3 cases had local necrosis of the flaps and were cured after treatment, all the wounds healed by 1 st intention. The appearance and the function of the hands were very good. Conclusion: Abdominal subdermic vascular net flap is very good for repairing hand wounds.
