凉凉隔热胶的应用实例及经济效益分析

摘　　要：DT - 2 2凉凉隔热胶在轻质油、液化石油气和丙烯腈储罐上使用 ,在夏季可降温 10℃左右 ,优于喷淋冷却水的降温效果。涂刷凉凉隔热胶的成本略高于其他涂料 (2 9元 /m2 ) ,但综合效益明显。经测算 ,天津石化分公司的 2 4座球罐若改用DT - 2 2凉凉隔热胶后 ,每年可节约冷却水费约 15 7万元 ,同时可明显减少排放气损失和减轻环境污染。When DT-22 cold-cold heat insulation coating was applied on the light oil, LPG and cyanide tanks, the temperature was reduced by 10 oC in summer, which is better than cooling water spray in reducing temperature. Although the cost of the coating is a little bit higher than that of other coatings (29 yuan/m2), the comprehensive economics is much higher. When DT-22 cold-cold heat insulation coating was applied on 24 spherical tanks in Tianjin Petrochemical Co., Ltd., 1,567,000 yuan/yr was saved in cooling water cost. Furthermore, the vent gas loss was remarkably reduced and pollution was minimized.
