摘　　要：通过对上海申佳铁合金公司热兑法生产微碳铬铁及国内外有关技术交流资料中的数据进行整理、研究,分析了一步固(液)态热兑、多种形式二步热兑和多步热兑冶炼操作过程中的碳行为变化情况,有助于了解热兑法各冶炼操作过程中碳的变化情况,对产品含碳量的控制有一定实用意义。By means of arranging and researching the datum from technological information in manufacture of low carbon ferrochromium at shanghai shenjia company as well as domestic and external producers, this paper thoroughly analyses the variations of carbon behavior in smelting courses by "Perrin process" with one-stage solidliquid reaction (or liquid-liquid reaction), diverse two stage reaction and multiple-stage reaction. This paper is favourable for under-standing the carbon variation in smelting operation process and has certainly practical significance to control carbon content of the products.
