摘  要:多相混输技术是当今油气输送技术的发展趋势 ,而螺旋轴流式多相泵应用于油气水多相混输具有良好的性能。它的最大优点在于对固体颗粒不敏感 ,能适应气塞和液体段塞。另外 ,在高含气率 (0 %~ 93% )下 ,仍有良好的增压效果 ,在短时间内可在 10 0 %的气体下运行。石油大学 (北京 )从 1996年开始研究螺旋轴流式多相泵 ,研究了输送机理及结构设计、性能预测和内部能量交换及试验研究 ,到 2 0 0 3年 ,先后完成了 3代原理机的性能试验研究。其间做了许多国内开创性的研究工作 ,在叶片选型、扬程估算、性能预测模型的建立以及内部流动规律研究方面都具备了一定水平。文章介绍了取得的研究成果。Because of superior performance of helical axial-flow multiphase pump, multiphase boost technology has taken the developing position for liquid-gas boosting technology recently.The top advantage of the pump is its insensitive to solid particle and its adaptability to gas blockage and liquid slug.In addition, the favorable supercharging effect can be obtained at the condition of high gas content (0%~93%) with its running at 100% gas condition in a short period.Since 1996, Petroleum University (Beijing) started and carried out investigation on multiphase pump on three aspects, such as boosting mechanism and structure design, performance forecast and interior energy exchanging. After several years’ research, experimental study up to 2003.The research work at blade design, lift calculation, performance forecast, model ascertained and internal flow mechanism are introduced in this paper.The results gained, existing problem and relevant measures are introduced as well.
