摘　　要：旋转防喷系统是实施欠平衡钻井工艺的关键设备。文章对比分析了PCWD、RBOP、RCH 710 0、SLXFD等几种常用高压旋转防喷系统的结构、工作原理、发展现状及关键技术 ,结合现场使用情况 ,分析了各系统的优缺点 ,最后结合胜利油田的SLXFD系统和四川石油管理局的XK系统 ,论述了高压旋转防喷系统研制的必要性、可行性及广阔前景。性能对比表明 ,国产高压旋转防喷系统的性能已达到进口产品水平 ,有些性能指标已超过进口产品 ,开发国产低价位。Rotary BOP is the most important equipment to exercise under-balanced drilling technology. This paper presents the analysis made for structure, working principle, status and key techniques of the commonly used for high pressure rotary BOPs, including PCWD, RBOP, RCH7100, SLXFD. A comparison of advantage and disadvantage has also been done in combining with the practical application. Using the two systems of SLXFD in Shengli Oilfield and of XK in Sichuan Oil Administration Bureau, a discussion on the essentiality, feasibility and its wide application has been done. The performance chart shows that the domestic-made products are with high performance and come up with imported ones. Even they have exceeded imported ones. It has been the tendency of developing intellectualized high-pressure rotary BOP system with low price.
