摘　　要：文章在研究油田旧油管的清洗工艺流程现状的基础上 ,提出了感应加热清洗新工艺。其原理是将待清洗的油管从感应加热装置中通过 ,在感应器的作用下 ,油管内外表面温度将迅速达到 30 0～ 5 0 0℃ ,从而使油污和蜡瞬间熔化 ,然后用高速旋转的钢丝轮将油管内外壁的污垢剥离油管表面 ,并在一定压力的水流作用下 ,将油管冲洗干净。该工艺具有费用低、节能、高效、安全、环保、自动化程度高以及劳动强度低等优点。This paper presents a newly cleaning process with induction heating technology,based on research on the present situation of the technological process for cleaning used oil pipe in oil-field production. Under the action of inductor, the inside and outside temperature of oil pipe are up to 300-500℃ quickly, while oil pipe to be cleaned is advancing through the induced heating device. In such conditions, oily dirt and wax on the inside and outside wall of oil pipe melt immediately, and then are peeled off from the surface of oil pipe by the steel wire wheels spinning at high speed. By the action of water flow with certain pressure, oil pipe can be washed down. This newly developed cleaning technology has many advantages, such as lower cost, saving energy, higher efficiency, more safety, environmental protection, higher automation and lower labor cost, etc.
