摘　　要：3ZY型自动控制变频增压注水泵 ,适应复杂地层情况下的增压注水 ,能够根据注水井的井口压力自动调节注水泵的排量 ,以提高增压注水泵的注水效果。该泵在结构设计方面对曲柄轴采用了直轴加偏心轮组合结构技术、往复泵采用全浮动式介杆密封和自封式柱塞盘根密封技术 ,从而提高了该泵的技术性能。通过现场应用表明 ,3ZY型增压注水泵完全能够满足油田复杂地层增压注水工艺对注入设备的要求。ZY automatic frequency converter for water injection pump is suitable for complex formation and adjusts automatically displacement in accordance with wellhead pressure, thus increasing injection efficiency. Several unique technologies have been adopted for structure design of the pump. Practical operation have proven its suitability for injection in complicated formation and meets the requirement to the injection equipment by injection processing.
