摘　　要：新研制的NX 1型液压启动稠油泵克服了常规泵在抽稠油时 ,充满系数小、排液量少、泵效低的缺点 ,具有入泵阻力小 ,下行动力大等优点 ,可以实现泵内掺水 ,解决掺水压力不足的问题。介绍了该泵的结构、工作原理、技术参数和特点。现场使用表明 ,该泵适用于所有的油井中 ,特别是对稠油、出砂、高油气比的油井有很好效果。A mew developed NX-1 hydraulic starting-up sticky oil pump eliminated the common problems existing in conventional pumping unit used in pumping sticky oil,such as low full coefficient,low flowing back and low pump efficiency.It features for its small resistance and large down-going power.The pump can be filled with water to solve the problem of insufficient water mixing pressure.The onsite application shows that the pump is suitable for all kinds of oil wells,especially for those with sticky oil,sand associated,high oil-gas ratio well.
