摘　　要：介绍了分段洗井阀的结构、工作原理、使用要求以及地面试验和现场应用情况。分段洗井阀安装在洗井管柱的不同位置 ,在管柱上的级数由油井情况决定。经地面试验和现场使用证明 ,分段洗井阀用于稠油井上 ,可实现分段洗井 ,使作业时间缩短 ,节约设备费用 ,减少工人劳动强度 ,同时可减少压力对地层的损害 ,避免或减少井漏 ,保护油层 ,提高了洗井。The structure, principle, require, ground experiment and field application of the sectional wash-down valve were introduced. This valve lies in different location of the wash-down pipe and the number of section of the pipe is determined by the well condition. The ground and field cperation proved that sectional washing-down can be done in the viscous oil recovery. The application of the valve shortened the operation time and reduced the work and cost. Meanwhile the pressure of the formation and the leak-off is reduced .The formation is free of damage.The quality of the washing-down and the sand flushing is advanced.
