阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对右心结构及功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)对右心结构和功能的影响。方法用二维及多普勒超声心动图测定50例OSAS患者右心结构和功能。结果中、重度的OSAS患者右室舒张末期容积(RVEDV)、右室搏出量(SV)、右肺动脉内径(RPAD)均较正常组增大,而右室E峰速和A峰速比值(E/A值)较正常组减小。结论OSAS不仅使右心结构发生明显异常,而且使右心舒张功能及收缩功能也受损,成为右心功能不全的重要原因之一。Objective To investigate the impact of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) on the right cardiac structure and function. Methods The right cardiac structure and function were measured by using M-mode and two-dimension echocardiography in 50 OSAS patients. Results In moderate and severe OSAS groups, the right ventricular end diastolic volume(RVEDV), stroke volume(SV) and right pulmonary artery inner diameter (RPAD) increased markedly, and the E/A of the right ventricular decreased in the meantime as compared with the control group. Conclusion OSAS not only impaires the right cardiac structure, but also the right cardiac systolic and diastolic function, so that could be a important cause of right cardiac dysfunction.
