摘　　要：从熔体输送和纺丝工艺条件分析、探讨影响PET直纺FDY满卷率的因素。控制熔体停留时间小 于30 min,熔体特性粘数(0.645±0.014)dL／g,稳定侧吹风条件并优化其他工艺,PET直纺FDY满卷率可达 90％以上。The factors affecting full-package rate of direct-spun PET FDY were analyzed and discussed from the aspects of melt transfer and process conditions. The full-package rate of PET FDY could be above 90% by controlling the melt residence time lower than 30 min and intrinsic viscosity of (0.645 ±0.014)dL/g ,stablizing the cross air blow conditions and optimizing other process conditions.
