冠心病三级预防康复的实施与长期指导的作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨冠心病三级预防康复的实施与长期指导的疗效。方法 :35 4例冠心病高危患者、2 0 7例冠心病及 4 8例有冠心病并发症患者分为 2组。预防组 4 37例依照冠心病三级预防康复要求进行康复医疗 ,定期复查 ,长期指导 ;常规组 172例按常规方法治疗 ,不定期随诊。结果 :预防组在控制冠心病危险因素、减少发病、改善活动能力和心脏功能、降低再次梗死发生率和死亡率等方面明显优于常规组。结论 :冠心病三级预防康复能有效降低发病率 ,提高患者生存质量 。Objective: To study the efficacy of three grade preventing rehabilitation and long term guiding therapy in the patients with CHD. Methods: 354 cases of the patients with harmful factors of CHD (hypertension, diabetes, abnormal blood fat), 207 cases of CHD and 48 cases of CHD with complication were divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were subjected to regular physical check ups and long term instruction according to the three grade preventing rehabilitation model, while those in the control group to routine treatments and irregular physical check ups. Results: The harmful factors of CHD were controlled, the new patients of CHD were decreased, the patient's condition of health, ability carrying out physical activities and cardiac functions were recovered rapidly, the new re infarction patients of CHD and death were decreased after treatment in the observation group as compared with those in the control group. Conclusion: The three grade preventing rehabilitation is a more effective model in preventing CHD and decreasing new patients of CHD in the patients with harmful factors of CHD, and in improving living quality, extensing life span in the patients with CHD associated with complication.
