摘　　要：　通过对无梭织机凸轮开口机构进行系统分析,得到了设计有梭织机开口凸轮与无梭织机开口凸轮的主要区别,提出了无梭织机开口凸轮模块化设计的新思路和方法,即:根据织物品种要求设计开口凸轮模块,分配凸轮运动角后,用计算机完成设计工作.并据此设计出了几种常用的开口凸轮的曲线模块以及组合曲线.In this paper, the cam-shedding mechanism used in shuttle-less looms is discussed. The difference of shedding system between shuttle and shuttle-less looms is analyzed. According to the analys is a new method of shedding cam design is got. According to the variety of the fabric, the movement and rest angel is to be decided, and the shedding cam module is designed. All this work is completed by computer with visual basic. Some normally used shedding cams are designed.
