摘　　要：贵阳乌当奥陶系牯牛潭组的时代归属,历来有不同的看法,通过对该区牯牛潭组所含化石的分析和新的化石资料,发现该组的化石,不但有早奥陶世的分子,也有中奥陶世的分子,从而认为该区的牯牛潭组是一个跨统的岩石地层单位。There have been different opinions on the geologic time of the Guniutan Formation at Wudang,Guiyang,By analyzing the fossil of this area and new fossil material,the fossils of this formation not only contain the members of lower Ordovician,but also the members of middle Ordovician.It is proposed that Guniatan Formation might be a transepoch lithostratigraphic unit.
