摘　　要：今年以来,俄美关系和中美关系都出现了不同程度的调整,但这种改善并没有从根本上消除俄美之间和中美之间在一系列重大问题上的分歧和矛盾.相反,美国谋求单边主义和单极世界的倾向有强化趋势,国际力量对比进一步失衡.He maintains that there have been centain changes and adjustments in Russia_U.S.and China_U.S.relatons since the beginning of this year.These adjustments,however,have not eliminated their differences and contradictions on a series of major issues.On the contrary,U.S.efforts of secking unilateralism and an unipolar world tend to intensify and imbalance of world power hecame more serious.
