摘　　要：本文系统介绍了独立以来印度外国直接投资政策 (FDI)的演变、特点及其新发展 ,为我国如入WTO后如何应对FDI政策的挑战提供借鉴意义。This article gives a systematic discussion on the evolution, characteristics and development of Indian policy to utilize foreign direct investment so as to offer our nation certain experiences and lessons to learn while making and implementing our policy to deal with FDI and meet challenges of FDI after admission of China into WTO.
