摘　　要：在全面推进建设有中国特色社会主义伟大事业的征程中 ,民主党派积极参与实践“三个代表”要求 ,用“三个代表”思想重新审视民主党派在新世纪发挥作用的职能定位 ,是民主党派肩负起时代赋予的重大历史使命、更好地发挥参政党职能的根本保证。During working for the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, to meet the requirements of 'Three Representatives',and to review the functions of democratic parties in the new century with the ideology of 'Three Representatives'are the basic guarantee for the democratic parties to bear the significant historical mission entrusted by the times and to better perform the functions of participating parties.
