摘 要:以Ni/Al2O3 HM(丝光沸石分子筛)轻质烷烃异构化催化剂为基础,分别采取浸渍法、混合法载以不同含量的钨,考察了钨含量和负载方法对轻质烷烃异构化催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,采用浸渍法时,浸渍不同浓度钨盐溶液所得的催化剂异构化性能差异不大;而采用混合法时,存在一个最佳钨质量分数(5%≤w(W)≤10%),在此条件下制备的催化剂异构化性能最好。在相同钨含量下,浸渍法制备的催化剂的异构化性能明显优于混合法。Different amount of tungsten was incorporated into Ni/Al_2O_3-HM(mordenite) light n-paraffin isomerization catalysts via impregnation and mixing. Influence of quantity of tungsten and incorporating ways on the properties of the catalysts was investigated. It was found that for incorporation via impregnation, the quantity of tungsten has little effects on isomerization activity of the catalysts. For incorporation via mixing, there exists an optimum quantity of tungsten, at which the catalysts show optimum isomerization properties. For the same quantity of tungsten incorporated, catalysts prepared by impregnation exhibited apparently superior properties to that by mixing.
