摘 要:用水热合成法合成了锆硼硅磷铝分子筛ZrBSAPO 5,并用化学分析、XRD、IR和NH3 TPD等对其组成、结构和酸强度分布等性能进行了表征。结果表明,杂原子(Zr,B,Si)进入分子筛骨架没有改变AlPO4 5的结构类型,且使其酸性有很大的提高。将ZrBSAPO 5用于催化合成三醋酸甘油酯的反应,讨论了酸醇配料比、反应温度、空速和酸处理等因素对酯化反应的影响。最佳操作条件是:n(冰醋酸)∶n(丙三醇)=5 0∶1,反应温度150℃,空速1h-1,草酸浓度0 1mol·L-1的。在此条件下,三醋酸甘油酯收率达75 6%,表明该催化剂是替代液体酸合成三醋酸甘油酯的理想固体酸催化剂。ZrBSAPO-5(zirconio-boro-silico-aluminophosphate) zeolite was prepared using hydrothermal method, and its composition, structure and distribution of acid strength were characterized by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction(XRD),IR and temperature-programmed desorption (TPD). The results showed that the hetero-atoms (Zr,B,Si ) entered framework of the zeolite without changing the structure of AlPO_4-5 while remarkably improving its acidity.The zeolite was used to catalyze the synthesis of glyceryl triacetate. The influences of acetic-acid-to-glycerinthe molar ratio, reaction temperature, LHSV, repeated use of the catalyst and acid treatment were investigated. Optimum operation conditions were obtained as follows: acetic-acid-to-glycerinthe molar ratio 5∶1; reaction temperature (150 ℃); LHSV 1 h^(-1); acid treatment with 0.1 mol·L^(-1) C_2H_2O_4. Glyceryl triacetate yield of up to 75.6% was obtained under the optimum condition. The results showed that ZrBSAPO-5 exhibited high activity and selectivity and can be a substitute to sulfuric acid as an environmentally-benign catalyst for esterification of acetic acid and glycerin to glyceryl triacetate.
