摘  要:2 1世纪 ,我国将修建大量的山岭隧道 ,而且长隧道占有很大比重。针对这些特点 ,必须对隧道建设技术从原理、方法、工艺、材料等方面进行深入研究和开发 ,创立一套适合本国国情的“中国隧道修建法”设计理论 ,用以指导山岭隧道的设计和施工。以结构可靠性理论为基础 ,重视隧道工程的可靠性和耐久性 ,彻底清除隧道病害 ;提高隧道施工的机械化水平和速度 ,消除影响隧道快速施工的因素 ,加强隧道施工通风和运营通风。在确保优质、快速修建隧道工程的前提下 ,用有限的资金修建更多的隧道及地下工程 ,以适应 2A lot of mountain tunnels will be built in the 21st century in China, and long tunnels will cover a large part. For such reasons, in-depth study and development of tunnel construction technology must be performed on such aspects as principle, method, technology, and material, and a design theory of 'Chinese tunneling method' should be established to guide the design and construction of mountain tunnels. The theory should be based on structure reliability theory, paying attention to the reliability and durability of tunnels, thoroughly getting rid of tunnel defects, raising the mechanized construction level and speed, removing factors affecting rapid construction, and improving tunnel ventilation both during construction and in operation. Limited capital should be used for building more tunnels and underground works, however, high quality and rapidness are prerequisite.
