摘　　要：目的 :研究分析带皮神经皮瓣或吻合皮神经皮瓣修复指末节皮肤缺损的疗效。方法 :治疗指末节皮肤软组织缺损 6 1例 (指 ) ,随机分为两组 ,研究组采用带皮神经皮瓣或吻合皮神经皮瓣 ,对照组移植皮瓣不带皮神经或不吻合皮神经 ,对比两组疗效。结果 :所有病例均得到随访 ,1期愈合 5 9例 (指 ) ,术后患指局部饱满 ,弹性好 ,而治疗组感觉功能评价明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :指末节皮肤软组织缺损需选择合理局部皮瓣移位治疗 ,尽可能选择带皮神经皮瓣或吻合皮神经皮瓣治疗 。Objective To analyze the skin flaps with cutaneous nerve or the cutaneous nerve be anastomosed for the soft tissue defect of the ending fingers. Methods Sixty-one cases (61 fingers) of soft tissue defect of the ending fingers were divided into two groups randomly. In the treatment group, the skin flaps were shifted together with cutaneous nerve or the cutaneous nerves were anastomosed. In the control group, the skin flaps were shifted without cutaneous nerve or the cutaneous nerves were not anastomosed. The curative effect was compared between two groups.Results All cases were followed up. Fifty-nine fingers healing by first intention were energetic and elastic, and the sensation function of the treatment group was superior to that of control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion The rational skin flaps should be chosen to treat the soft tissue defect of the ending fingers, and the sensation function of the cutaneous nerve should be rebuilt as identically as possible.
