摘  要: 以乙二醇单乙醚和冰乙酸为原料,在新型高分子复合催化剂FeCl3-AlCl3-UR的催化下,合成了乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯。通过正交实验得出合成最佳条件:乙二醇单乙醚:冰乙酸=1:1.3(摩尔比)、催化剂用量为乙二醇单乙醚质量的10%、反应时间3h。在最佳条件下,乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯产率可达到96.8%。Ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate(EGEEA) was synthesized by the esterification reaction of acetic acid with ethylene glycol monoethyl ether in the novel catalyst of polymer compouned which is FeCl_3-AlCl_3-UR.The optimum experimental results showed that the 96.8% yield of EGEEA was obtained at a molar ratio of acid to alcohol ether was 1.3:1,and the mass ratio catalyst to alcohol ether was 10%,and the reaction time was 3h.
