摘　　要：发展区域性轨道交通的理论基础是城市群理论、“一日交流圈”新概念及科学发展观。从世界和中国区域经济的发展与优化资源配置的角度 ,论述了规划与建设区域性轨道交通网的必要性与紧迫性。提出了规划区域性轨道交通网的基础性条件、基本原则。From the angle of the regional economy development and the optimum distribution of resources in the world,this article stresses the importance of the construction of regional rail transit (RRT) network,which is based on the concept of one-day-trip circle and makes the basic principles for RRT and the evaluation index system.
