摘　　要：城市轨道交通建设盈利难是世界性难题。成本和收益的不平衡严重阻碍了城市轨道交通的发展。在分析轨道交通系统利益关系和效益现状的基础上 ,探讨了轨道交通利益还原和盈利发展的可行性 ;提出了轨道交通建设与土地利用联合开发 ,以及多渠道、多元化投融资形式等筹资途径 ;The difficulty in making profit from urban rail transit construction is a world problem,because the imbalance of cost and income has obstructed the development of urban transit.Based on the benefit relations and the present status of urban rail transit,the feasibility of benefit return and profit development is discussed.This article also discusses a joint development of urban rail transit construction,land use and financing approach of multi-channel,multi-factor investment.This paper argues that the management steps shall be taken to utilize the resources of urban rail transit under the market mechanism.
