摘　　要：目的 :了解肥胖在中老年自然人群中的流行特点及其与 2型糖尿病和高血压发病的关系。方法 :随机抽取了安钢社区 1789名 4 0～ 88岁居民 ,体质指数 (BMI)作为判定肥胖指标 ,2型糖尿病采用 1999年WHO诊断标准 ,收缩压≥ 14 0mmHg和 (或 )舒张压≥ 90mmHg或以往有高血压病史者为高血压病例。χ2 检验和趋势 χ2 检验分析肥胖患病率与 2型糖尿病和高血压发病关系。结果 :该社区 4 0岁以上居民超重和肥胖患病率分别为 4 6 .39%、10 .6 8% ,标化率为 4 4 .83%、8.0 6 %。肥胖和超重的患病率与年龄呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,女性肥胖患病率高于男性 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2型糖尿病、高血压患病率均随BMI升高而增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肥胖己成为安钢社区人群一个重要公共卫生问题 ,应将预防肥胖作为综合防治 2型糖尿病和心血管疾病的重要措施之一。Aim:To investigate obesity prevalence and its relationship with type 2 diabetes and hypertension in middle-aged and senile participants.Methods: A total of 1 789 participants aged 40 to 88 years from Angang Community were randomly selected. Obesity was estimated by body mass index(BMI). Type 2 diabetes was diagnosed by 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria. Hypertension was defined as SBP≥140 mmHg and(or) DBP≥90 mmHg or with hypertension history. The relationship of different categories of obesity with the prevalence rates of type 2 diabetes and hypertension were evaluated by χ 2 test and χ 2 test for trends.Results: The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 46.39% and 10.68%, and the age-adjusted prevalence rates were 44.83% and 8.06%, respectively. The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were positively related to age(P<0.05), and the prevalence rate of obesity of female was significantly higher than that of male(P<0.05 ). The prevalence rates of type 2 diabetes and hypertension increased markedly with BMI levels(P<0.01).Conclusion: Overweight and obesity are serious public health problems in Angang Community.Prevention of overweight and obesity should be one of the key measures for comprehensive control of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
