摘 要:目的 :测定多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)患者性激素、糖耐量和胰岛素。方法 :将 4 5名正常对照和 5 0 0例PCOS患者按体质指数 (BMI)各分为 2组 :正常Ⅰ组、PCOSⅠ组 (BMI<2 5kg/m2 ) ,正常Ⅱ组、PCOSⅡ组 (BMI>2 5kg/m2 )。各组均行性激素 5项 (LH、FSH、E2 、PRL和T)测定及糖耐量和胰岛素释放试验。结果 :①PCOSⅠ、Ⅱ组 5项性激素水平与对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;②血糖水平仅PCOSⅡ组 1h、2h血清葡萄糖明显升高 ;而胰岛素释放量则各组间差异均有统计学意义。结论 :①LH升高在PCOSⅡ组的发病中可能不是关键病因 ;②肥胖加重了PCOS患者的胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症的程度。Aim: To detect sex hormone,glucose tolerance,and insulin in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients. Methods: A total of 45 controls and 500 PCOS patients were divided into two groups randomly by BMI, respectively. Serum LH, FSH, E 2, T, PRL, OGTT, and insulin were measured. Results:①There were significant differences between PCOS and control group in five kinds of sex hormone levels(P<0.05). ②Serum glucose level of fat PCOS group increased significantly within 1 h, 2 h. While significant differences in 0 h, 1 h, and 2 h insulin release levels were observed in each group. Conclusion: ①The increase of LH may not be the key cause in fat PCOS patients. ②The level of insulin resistance in PCOS could be strengthened by fat.
