摘　　要：作者对托管模式及其实施过程中出现的问题,结合企业托管理论,尤其是代理风险的概念做了制度上的初步分 析,旨在进一步完善这一改革模式,并试图说明其具有一定的推广价值。Focusing on the theory of the entrusted management and the problems which will possibly occur during its implication, and at the same time applying the theory of the enterprise's entrusted management, especially the concept of agent hazard, this paper gives an in-depth analysis on the nature of the system itself. Its purpose is to further improve this model and then prove its value in extension to other areas.
