厚皮香植物的种子特性与扦插繁殖的初步研究

摘　　要：厚皮香种子为无胚乳种子 ,成熟种子存有休眠 ,休眠期 3～ 4个月 ,休眠可能与种皮与假种皮有关 ;营养物质储存于种子的子叶 ,种子大小差异不大 ;人为破碎种皮 ,GA3(70 0mg/L)或NAA(10 0mg/L)处理可促使种子萌发 ;种子萌发率高 ,种子萌发育苗是育苗的好手段 ;扦插繁殖实验进行了 2a ,插条用NAA(10 0mg/L)处理并配合使用生根粉可大大提高其成活率 。The fruit of T.gymnanthera is berry-like capsule,the seed is absence endosperm,and have about 3-4 months dormancy.The dormancy can be interrupted by a treatment of GA3(700?mg/L) or NAA(100?mg/L).The seed is red aril,The seed coat is hard and lignification,the reason of dormancy may be related to the aril and the hard seed coat.The experiments of seed germination and cutting propagation carried out for many times since 2001.Seeds have a high germination ratio.The suitable treatment for cutting of T.gymnanthera is treated by NAA(100?mg/L) for 15?min and medium is soil.
