摘 要:对法昔洛韦的生产工艺中的反应时间、温度、试剂的选择等进行探索、改进,使总收率从21%提高到30%,纯度达到99%以上,该工艺降低了生产成本,更适合工业化生产。Famciclovir is a kind of new antiviral drug, which has a wide market prospect. In view of the present problems in the synthesis of Famciclovir and a large amount of literature, the optimum technology including reaction time, temperature , reagent, etc was studied. The overall yield was raised from less than 21% to about 30%, and the purity reaches above 99% in improved method. The process has the advantage of lower cost, so it can meet the requirements of industrial production.
