路堑爆破边坡质量控制技术的发展与分析

摘　　要：分析了路堑爆破边坡质量控制的几个重要技术要素 ,主要是 :重视不耦合装药结构的作用 ,确保预裂爆破成缝及处理好预裂炮孔与前排药包位置的关系。建议在路基设计规范中 ,进一步强调硬质路堑边坡应采用光面、预裂爆破 ,提高施工单位露天石方施工技术装备水平 ,组织有规模的光面、预裂爆破示范工程 。An analysis was made of key technical elements in side slope quality control for road cut blasting, i.e., paying attention to the action of un-coupled charging structure; ensuring fissure caused by presplitting blasting; properly locating presplitting blast holes and front row explosive cartridge. It is recommended that smooth blasting and presplitting blasting be used for hard road cut side slope, construction organization’s technical equipment level be raised for stonework at open area, and large size demonstration of smooth and presplitting blasting be organized, and study on intelligent expert design system and design optimization technology be conducted.
