摘　　要：采用丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯腈四种单体共聚合成了适用于涤棉混纺纱上浆的新型丙烯酸酯浆料 ,探讨了引发剂用量、反应温度、保温时间对浆料性能的影响 ,最终确定了适合的反应条件 :引发剂用量 1% ,反应温度 90℃ ,保温时间 1.5h。This new-type acrylate sizing agent is synthesized by copolymerization of acrylic acid, acrylamide, n-butyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, which is fit for cotton & polyester blended yarn sizing. Influence factors of initiator dose, reaction temperature, thermal insulation time on sizing agent performance are discussed, which suitable reaction conditions are initiator dose 1%, reaction temperature 90 ℃, thermal insulation time 1.5 h.
