摘　　要：目的 :探讨射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 :选择 2 81例子宫肌瘤 (直径小于 6cm)的患者 ,在B超监视下 ,将专用射频凝固器介入到子宫肌瘤内 ,功率设置为 30W ,凝固肌瘤组织 ,治疗时间为 2～ 10min。结果 :治疗总有效率为 97.86 % ,治愈率为 76 .5 1% ,好转率为 2 1.35 % ,无效率为 2 .14 %。结论 :射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全、可行、疗效肯定的微创疗法。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation therapy(RFAT) for leiomyoma of uterus. Methods Under B Mode ultrasonic monitoring, 281patients with leiomyoma of uterus (the diameter of leiomyoma<6 cm) were treated by special RFA electrodes putting inside the leiomyoma, the leiomyoma tissues were coaguated with a power of 30W for 2～10min. Results The overall effective rate was 97.86%.The curative rate was 76.51%.The improvement rate was 21.35%.The ineffective rate was 2.14%. Conclusion RMAT is a safe, feasible and effective method to treat the leiomyoma of uterus.
