中风二代回春胶囊结合康复训练治疗脑卒中肢体痉挛的效果评估

摘　　要：目的:评估中风二代回春胶囊结合康复训练对脑卒中患者偏瘫痉挛状态改善的临床疗效,同时观察患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力的改善情况。方法:120例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组40例。治疗组采用针灸、中药与康复训练结合,对照组采用康复训练,进行治疗前后上下肢经挛程度、Fulg-meyer,Barthel指数对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率上肢为72%,下肢为60%,与对照组50%,38%比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组运动功能水平和生活自理能力均有明显改善。结论:中医综合康复方法在改善痉挛状态方面有独特的优势,中风二代回春胶囊对脑卒中肢体痉挛的改善具有明显的治疗作用。AIM:To evaluate the clinical effect of zhongfeng erdai huichun capsule combined with rehabilitation training on the improvement of extremities spasticity in patients with stroke, and to observe the changes of their motor function and activities of daily life(ADL)at the same time. METHODS:A total of 120 stroke patients suffering from extremity spasticity were randomly divided into treatment group(n=80)and control group(n=40).All the patients received rehabilitation training, besides,patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.Comparative analysis of spastic degree of upper and lower limbs, Fulg-Meyer assessment and Barthel index was performed before and after treatment. RESULTS:The total effective rates for upper and lower limbs were 72%and 60%respectively,significantly different from those in the control group(50%and 38%)(P< 0.05). There were obvious improvements of motor function and self-care ability in both groups. CONCLUSION:Comprehensive rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine has unique superiority in ameliorating spasticity,and the zhongfeng erdai huichun capsule is more effective in improving extremity spastricity due to stroke.
