摘  要:目的:观察胎兔皮肤创口愈合过程,探讨胚胎皮肤无瘢痕愈合机制。方法:建立兔胚胎皮肤伤口愈合模型,采用光镜、偏光镜、电镜观察伤口愈合过程,氯胺-T法测定伤口渗出液中羟脯胺酸含量。结果:兔胚胎皮肤伤口伤后3d即完全愈合,真皮层呈纤细网状,嗜银染色阳性,渗出液中羟脯胺酸含量低下;而成兔皮肤6d开始愈合,早期真皮层偏光镜下呈弱双折光性纤细的Ⅲ型胶原,晚期呈黄红色Ⅰ型胶原,电镜下见成纤维细胞具肌成纤维细胞特征,渗出液中羟脯胺酸含量高。结论:兔胚胎皮肤伤口愈合机制与成兔不同,参与两种愈合过程的成纤维细胞内在特性不同。AIM:To investigate the mechanism of scarless fetal wound healing. METHODS:The fetal models of skin wound healing were established in rabbits. The process of wound healing was observed by using light microscope, polarization microscope and electron microscope. The content of hydroproline in exudate from the wound was tested by using chloraseptine T method. RESULTS:The fetal skin wound healed 3 days after injury and the dermal epithelium showed thin shape.The fetal skin wound healed early with a low level of hydroproline in exudate, and the silver staining was positive.However, the wounds of adult rabbits began to heal 6 days later.Under the polarization microscope, slight birefractive type Ⅲ collagens were found in dermis at early phase, and yellowish red color type I collagens appeared at late phase.Under the electron microscope, the fibroblasts had the characteristics of myofibroblasts and the level of hydroproline in exudates was high. CONCLUSION:The mechanism of wound healing in fetal skin wound of rabbit is quiet different from that of the adult rabbit.The intrinsic characteristics of fibroblasts in fetal and adult wound healings are different.
