祛瘀宁痛贴对软组织肿胀和疼痛的抑制作用(英文)

摘　　要：背景:祛瘀宁痛贴是第三军医大学大坪医院研制的中药外用制剂,由多种抗炎、镇痛药材组成,其对关节、肌肉、软组织疼痛具有较好的缓解作用。目的:研究祛瘀宁痛贴对组织肿胀和镇痛的作用及其机制。设计:随机对照实验研究。地点和对象:解放军第三军医大学药理学教研室。昆明种小鼠100只,体质量18～22g,雌雄兼用,均由第三军医大学实验动物中心提供。干预:按随机数字表法等分5组,赋形剂对照组、吲哚美辛(消炎痛)组、祛瘀宁痛贴0.4g/kg组、1.2g/kg组和2.4g/kg组。应用小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀模型,观察本品的抗炎作用;采用电刺激致小鼠尖叫,研究其镇痛作用。主要观察指标:①应用祛瘀宁痛贴后小鼠耳肿胀度。②用药前后不同时间痛阈值。结果:用药后小鼠耳肿胀度,赋形剂对照组、吲哚美辛(消炎痛)组、祛瘀宁痛贴0.4g/kg组、1.2g/kg组和2.4g/kg组分别为17.36±3.48,10.29±3.25,12.81±4.92,9.54±3.61,8.82±3.87。祛瘀宁痛贴与赋形剂对照组比较,显著抑制小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀(t=2.384～5.176,P<0.05～0.01),明显延长电刺激致小鼠尖叫的潜伏期(t=2.313～8.951,P<0.05～0.01)。结论:祛瘀宁痛贴对软组织肿胀及疼痛具有较好的抑制作用。BACKGROUND:Quyu ningtong tie(QYNT)is Chinese herbal topical developed and prepared by Daping Hospital affiliated to No.3 Military Medical University,composed of various herbs for anti inflammation and analgesia.It served a satisfactory releasing action on pain of joints,muscles and soft tissues. OBJECTIVE:To explore the inhibition of QYNT on swelling and analgesia in tissues. DESIGN:Randomized,controlled trial design. SETTING and PARTICIPANTS:The experiment was performed in the Department of Pharmacology,Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA.One hundred Kunming mice of either sex,weighted varied from 18 to 22 g were employed, provided by Experimental Animal Center of Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA. INTERVENTIONS:According to random number table,five groups were divided,i.e.excipient control group,indomethacin group, QYNT 0.4 g/kg group, 1.2 g/kg group and 2.4 g/kg group.The model of auricular swelling in mice was prepared by croton oil and the product was applied to observe its action on anti inflammation. The electric stimulation was adopted to induce screaming in mice and to explore the analgesia action. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:①Severity of auricular swelling in mice after the application of QYNT.②Pain thresholds in different time division before and after medication. RESULTS:After medication,the values of 17.36±3.48,10.29±3.25,12. 81±4.92,9.54±3.61,8.82±3.87 were presented in excipient control group, indomethacin group,QYNT 0.4 g/kg group,1.2 g/kg group and 2.4 g/kg group successively.Compared with excipient control,QYNT inhibited significantly croton oil auricular swelling in mice(t=2.384-5.176,P < 0.05-0.01), and prolonged remarkably the latent duration of screaming caused by electric stimulation(t=2.313-8.951,P< 0.05-0.01). CONCLUSION:QYNT acts on satisfactory inhibition on swelling and pain of soft tissues.
