1991～2000年广东省流感监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的　了解流感流行和流感病毒毒株表面抗原性变异情况。方法　用 9～ 11d龄鸡胚和 (或 )麦克丁氏犬肾 (MDCK)细胞分离流感病毒 ,病毒鉴定用常量红细胞凝集抑制法 (HI) ;鸡血清流感抗体检测采用微量半加敏红细胞凝集抑制法 (HI)。结果　 1991～ 2 0 0 0年全省未发生流感大流行。期间从人群中共分离流感病毒 10 0 8株 ,以A(H3N2 )亚型流感病毒 (6 2 3% )、B型流感病毒 (2 6 6 % )为主。从人群中分离出 10株H9N2亚型禽流感病毒。从鸡群中分离到H9N2亚型禽流感病毒 98株。A(H3N2 )亚型病毒的抗原性不断发生漂移。结论　除 1993、1995年未分离到A(H1N1)亚型流感病毒外。其它 8年均分离到A(H1N1)、A(H3N2 )、B型流感病毒。 1998、1999年还同时分离到H9N2亚型禽流感病毒。并证实了A(H3N2 )亚型病毒表面抗原的易变性 ;鸡群中有多个A亚型流感病毒同时存在 ,必须做好流感监测。Objective To understand the situations of influenza epidemic as well as the aberrance of the surface proteins antigenicity of influenza virus.Methods Influenza virus isolation was performed by using the erythrocy test eggs aging form 9 to 11 days or MDCK cells.The identification of virus and the verification of serum influenza antibody of hen were carried out with hemagglutinin inhibition test and semi-sensitried mircro-hemagglutinin inhibition test separately.Results There was no massive influenza epidemic outbreak from the year 1991 to 2000.1008 strains were isolated in such period.A(H3N2) subtype influenza virus (62.3%) and B type influenza virus(26.6%)was in dominance.10 strains of H9N2 subtype of birds influenza virus were isolated form human groups.98 strains of H9N2 birds influenza virus were isolated form chickens.The antigenicity of A(H3N2) subtype virus were floating continuously.Conclusion Subtype of A(H1N1)could not be isolated in the year 1993 and 1995,but A(H1N1),A(H3N2) and B type influenza virus could be isolated contemporary during the rest 8 years.Subtype of H9N2 birds influenza virus could be isolated both in the year 1998 and 1999.The variation in surface antigen of A(H3N2) subtype could be confirmed.There were couples of A subtype of influenza viruses occurred temporary in chickens.It was necessary to carry out influenza inspection.
