摘　　要：目的　探讨代谢综合征 (MS)的危险因素。方法　对 95名MS病例及 13 0名健康对照进行病例对照研究 ,运用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析 ,探讨影响MS发生的危险因素。 结果　进入多因素非条件Logistic回归模型的因素有年龄、糖尿病阳性家族史和饮酒 (P <0 0 5)。其中年龄OR值为 1 15,糖尿病阳性家族史OR值为2 79,饮酒OR值为 4 0 5。结论　年龄、糖尿病阳性家族史。ObjectiveTo identify risk factors in patient with metabo lic syndrome(MS).MethodsA case-control study of 95 cases with MS and 130 control subjects were performed.Statistical analysis of univariate,logistic regr ession were used to identify risk factors of MS.ResultsAge,family history of diabetes and alcohol intake enter the logistic equation by statistic significance(P<0 05).OR valu e of age was 1 15,OR value of family history of diabetes was 2 79,OR o f alcohol intake was 4 05.ConclusionAge,family history of diabetes and alcohol int ake were risk factors for MS.
