摘 要:目的 观察γ -干扰素 (IFN -γ)对染石英尘大鼠肺脏器系数及羟脯氨酸含量的影响 ,探讨γ -干扰素对实验性早期矽肺的防治作用。方法 一次性经气管给予雌性Wistar大鼠石英粉尘 2 0mg/只 ,染尘后第 2d开始每天给予γ -干扰素 (1× 10 5 IU/只 ) ,分别在 1个月和 2个月时处死动物。观察大鼠肺脏器系数、肺羟脯氨酸含量变化。结果 给予γ -干扰素 1个月及 2个月时 ,治疗组大鼠肺脏器系数与同期染尘对照组比较有所降低 ,但无显著性差异 ;而治疗组大鼠的肺羟脯氨酸含量均显著低于同期染尘对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 γ -干扰素可降低染石英尘大鼠肺羟脯氨酸含量 。ObjectiveTo explore the preventive and therapeutic effec t of γ-interferon to experimental silicosis by studying the effect of γ-interf eron on lung/body coefficient and hydroxyproline in rats exposed to quartz dust.MethodsFemale Wistar rats were exposed to lower dose (20 mg/rat) of quartz dust by intratracheal injection.Beginning from the second day ,the experimenatal rats were treated with γ-interferon (1×10 5IU/rat) daily.R ats were killed after 1 and 2 month.Changes of lung/body coefficient and lung hy droxyproline content were determined.ResultsThe lung/body coefficient showed no significant difference between quartz control groups and treated groups.The lung hydroxyprol ine of treated groups were significantly lower than that of quartz control group s (P<0 05).Conclusionγ-interferon could significanlty reduc e lung hydroxyproline content of quartz exposed rats.This denoted that γ-interf eron may inhibit or delay early silicotic fibrosis.
